20. I'd say that whoever is in charge of security

is the criminal. We need to get our gawd damned nukes under control or get rid of them. The government should be sending the 3 "old dodgers" a big reward for finding and revealing the dismal lack of security.

edit to add...Imagine the results if this was done by some group with mal-intent instead of 3 elder pacifists trying to make a point.
