I tried to ask some questions at the last Radio Shack I was in concerning changing a battery pack on an old transistor radio from a mega size 9 volt to the new standard size. Sales person couldn't quite grasp the idea of a 9 volt battery being 8 inches long x 2 inches square.

He was more interested selling cell phones.

When the hell did we get all up about selling phones and data plans????
