tied to the "scandals" without mentioning it being within the poll's margin of error. I think the sheer volume of these "scandals" is causing folks to understand that the republicans are overreaching. Everything doesn't rise to the level of scandal nor can everything be Obama's fault directly and at least half of Americans understand that fact.
