Rubio appears to be totally full of shit, as always. There's no evidence (yet) that the Administration had ANYTHING to do with this probe. And there's no sign that anything illegal was done, it appears everything went through the proper channels. Not to mention (unless there's been a recent filing of charges against Rosen that I've not yet seen), all this happened well before Benghazi, so to even bring Benghazi up in this context is pretty disingenuous. The 2009 probe is very clearly NOT some kind of retribution for Rosen's so-called 'aggressive' reportage re: Benghazi in 2012/2013.
