as if 50.0001% is equal to 100%. So that if 50.001% vote for something then the whole "state" voted for something.
So therefore the 4,839,958 Romney voters in California don't count, and neither do the 3,308,124 Obama voters in Texas. But the 199,239 Obama voters in Vermont do count and so do the 170,962 Romney voters in Wyoming.
