Do you mean to tell me Prez O didn't send in an Arabian horse show judge to assess the damage first?

Are you saying that the Prez wasn't too busy to notice that disaster had struck his fellow citizens, because he was celebrating a political friend's birthday, or torturing a guitar in California?

Are you implying that Prez O's aides weren't 'afraid' to give him the bad news, because it would ruin his latest vacation?

This competent presidentin' is getting totally out of control!
