12. I let my car idle for a few minutes at 5pm before loosing work

If its a sunny day, and the car is 100+, I can hit the remote start button, and let the AC kick in, and cool the car down.

Of course with a remote start, it would be impossible to steal. If you drop the E brake or start moving without putting the key in, the car will turn off.
