(29,414 posts)22. It's also been done in both the Babylon 5 spinoff, Crusade,
and the Quatermass movie "Five Million Years to Earth" (originally seen as a British TV production "Quatermass and the Pit".) Although, to be fair, in both instances those doing the killing weren't in conscious possession of their actions.

I found "The Memory of War" to be far creepier than this movie, mostly due to the idea of having one's mind taken over in order to go on killing sprees. If I recovered from such a thing, I'd probably want to kill myself from the guilt.
Of course, we could take this idea of us all having that inner desire to kill/harm everyone else back to Forbidden Planet, as that unconscious desire (the Id) was what destroyed the Krell's civilization (with the help of the Big Machine.)
