6. It's been an uncriticized part of movie humor for decades

It's considered harmless fun in pictures like "Porky's" and "Revenge of the Nerds". Being as I don't watch too many films aimed at teenagers, it wouldn't surprise me that the attitudes towards being a Peeping Tom in those movies are still being portrayed in recent movies.

We don't change the culture until we change (preferrably by market forces) the content of our entertainment.
