I'm voting for someone to manage a Bureaucracy, and turn LOCAL (rather than national) political positions into implementable policy.
And, to be blunt, I have seen people here talk up Kucinich or Grayson or other opinionated Congresspersons with no apparent thought given to whether their oratorical skills or progressive orthodoxyyranslate into Executive skill
