2. One of the ways they are targeting Asheville is by taking control of their water...

I don't know if I have this exactly right, but from what I understand the municipal water service generates millions for Asheville and the rethugs want to cut off that flow of money so they have taken the control of water (and $) away from Asheville (and progressives) and put it under the control of a private company!
