28. I'm 5'3, 125 lbs, pushing 60.

I was working on my next belt up from yellow when my life turned upside down, but I still remember my favorite punch. I could easily break 2 bricks with bare fist or bare foot. I never sparred in practice, but my first time out beat everybody except my teacher's 20-something black belt son in his little school tournament.

They'll never expect it. Oh, and I'm left handed, so they'll really never see it coming.

Bring. It. On.
