50. if you read the context of the news story involing the lunatic who did this killing, Moore's tweet

is harsh but accurate commentary. The guy who hacked the soldier to death was making political statements such as that Muslims are dying all the time because of the West targeting them and he was basically saying he was doing this for revenge and retribution. That is the context of the news story.

Moore is saying we should not be surprised to see blow-back when we (the West) kill people by warfare and drones and then think it makes it all good by calling them "militants", even when many are innocent civilians.
