36. You realize impeachment is intended to be about illegality.

Electing to NOT prosecute someone is not illegal. And if you think our government is paralyzed now, how much worse would it be if Democrats tried to put Republicans in jail over political disagreements?

Like it or not, that's what the Iraq War would boil down to. Congress gave up its authority to declare war so the President did so. He had that power. He abused it but it was perfectly legal for him to do so.
