My conservative hubby -- bless his heart -- told me about this while he was trying to calm down some frothing conspiracy-nutter Ron Paul acolyte.

Reid v Covert, 1957, decided --

"...no agreement with a foreign nation can confer power on the Congress, or on any other branch of Government, which is free from the restraints of the Constitution."
