What the hell is that supposed to mean? When the AP story broke, people were citing DOJ regulations that Holder had to sign off on warrants because some thought that there would be a conflict of interest in that specific case. He recused himself.

In this case, he's doing his job, and there is no need for recusal. Yet the MSM uses this BS headline to create the impression he did something wrong.
