How exactly do Tea Party groups promote social welfare? [View all]

Was it when they threw five dollars at a man in a wheelchair and had Parkinson's?

Was it when they told people who said they couldn't find a job or needed to find another one to just find a job?

Was it when they cheered Rand Paul when he said people on unemployment should eat cake?

Was it when they shouted "YEAH!" when the question was to let the uninsured die?

Was it when they paraded pictures of Obama caricatured as a witch doctor and demanded that people not call them racist?

Was it when the Mad Hatter of the Tea Party, Judson Phillips, ran out on a nearly $750k hotel bill?

Saying that Tea Party groups promote the social welfare is like calling Scrooge a man of charity because he asked if there were still debtors prisons.
