There's NO OTHER WAY to raise these things than to do what Medea does. Would you rather she do something useless and meaningless, like writing letters no Congressmember will ever read or have read to them? Something that CAN'T work?
And they aren't her issues. This isn't about Medea's ego, for Christ sake.
The president works for US. He should have to listen to us once in awhile. And the president didn't MIND her doing this, so why are YOU being childish about it.
Any act of act of nonviolent resistance should be given respect, because all forms of resistance are difficult.
