He has a hell of a lot more ability to influence impressionable young boys in his day job than he does as scoutmaster...most of the impressionable young boys in Kootenai County aren't Boy Scouts. (Awana and Boys & Girls Club has attracted the attentions of our youth.)

Then again...the two people he was running against are worse.
