7. Animals= stress relief can be so true. A few years back, I was having a very rough time with

some humans being assholes, and I would go to the park and meditate at lunch.
Then I noticed the dog run, and started watching them. Then I started going inside. Kind of weird, I know, but really good for the blood pressure. It was awesome being able to go in there and be smothered with puppy love. People occasionally wondered how I would get covered with dog hair on my lunch, but I learned to brush it off. And brush off the assholes too.
Great reminder.
