I would guess the person most at risk in any restroom would be the transgendered person who was either suspected or known and reported to someone intolerant who likes to use their fists or worse.

Nobody really cares, but my experience in the restroom in a stall next to transgendered friends is the usual quietness or girl talk or looking for TP.

Because of a few comments I have seen here I just needed to post this. This is NOT a transgender issue. Pervs are everywhere and there will never be a way to be protected from all pervs.

Let's not make this harder for those attempting to find their comfort, their very selves in this often miserable life.
