It has been clear for a long time that the NSA can read a license plate from a satellite. They can track what movies you rent, what books you bought, or anything you bought with plastic, or any cell call. They have been doing this forever. Before the current technology, before the NSA, even before the USA, governments have spied on citizens. Some here appear to suddenly be outraged to learn this.
