Now of course President Obama could simply sign away this treasure. What do you think the fallout would be from CIA, FBI, and more importantly HS! *ell it gets all the way down to the local police departments. They love their overreach as well!

Do you think he would last a minute? This thing you think is so simple is out of control and way bigger than a flip of the pen! Be angry, that is fine but put it where it needs to be! If your congress critter that signed this is still in office then clean house for god's sake!
