Journalist Eugene Robinson professed "not to know." And he calls out Obama on not having our backs particularly. See article:

If Eugene Robinson did not know, many many Americans didn't.

You forget to mention that two journalists with excellent cred are supporting Snowden.

There is no way this type of blanket data mining should be legal. And you know it.
