public outcry and statutory changes. Certainly you don't expect the general public to know all of this without public access? Why is this considered a leak if it is all above reproach? Why is the public outcrying? Maybe because we wish to trust those we elect to act in our best interest with liberal interpretations of our civil rights/liberties and calling out even veiled violations of those rights/liberties instead of passively continuing programs secretly established by previous congresses and presidents, eh?
