is not the near-tie that Romney and Paul have, its the proportion of vote that the other two have. I would have expected Noot and Ricky to have roughly equal shares, since neither of them campaigned actively in Maine, but the fact that Santorum has three times the vote Gingrich has indicates how far Noot has fallen.

I mean, that's not just fourth, it's a distant fourth.
