Costco closer than 85 miles away.

There are only two other supermarkets in my small town, next one is about 25 miles. We do have some smaller markets, such as Fred's and Sav a Lot.

No clothing stores. No shoe stores. (other than the exception listed just above).

Some shoppers have transportation/gas money issues.
