3. I disagree with you

The company is responsible and should have carried insurance to cover these accidents...and the town , county (district) and state are the next in line to assist.


FEMA is assisting individuals. and 75 percent of the clean up.

A disaster is weather caused or war/terror caused. This is negligence . The company chose to not be inspected and keep up its standards. The state chose to not have regulations for the company to comply with.

The state also does not like Federal government interfering. Remember less /small Federal government is what Texas wants.
The can not have it both ways.


I watched CNN this morning and there was NO mention of the company's responsibility or liability.
