21. This is why our government shouldn't be outsourced the way it's being

done today. It used to be, to be a government contractor, there had to be tough review of the companies before they were even considered. There had to be many bids submitted before a contract was given and afterwards a lot of oversight. Now it seems, if you know Senator SoandSo and he puts your company forward you get the contract with all kinds of freedom to hire whomever you want with little oversight over who gets clearance. Welcome to the post Bush results of trying to privatize everything. Something like this is not like making airplane parts. It's intelligence and shouldn't even be given to a private contractor.

So this is the result and maybe the silver lining is that it will blow the lid off of the whole procedure and expose it for the get rich on taxpayer's money scheme that it is.
