"China is a victim of cyberattacks," Xi insisted. He complained that media reports might "give people the sense that cybersecurity as a threat mainly comes from China or that the issue of cybersecurity is the biggest problem in U.S.-China relations."

I can not defend Snowdens actions. He will have to answer for his actions one day in court.
