The autoimmune diseases she listed are hereditary and in the case of lupus (SLE), deadly. They are all diseases of the connective tissues that cause pain, discomfort, suffering and even death along with untold billions in treatment. There are no effective treatments; no cures; no way to prevent them and what treatment there is is not terribly effective, is somewhat toxic, and is largely just palliative.
