Joe Biden is absolutely correct. These secret activities by the NSA should be investigated by Congress. DHS and FBI keep preaching "See Something, Say Something", and that's just what whistleblower Edward Snowden did. Why would this country want to prosecute Snowden for basically documenting the same type of activities occurring today the Sen. Biden was warning us about in 2006.
