Between the shootings and the loss of the facade of "freedom," alot of people here in China look at the US as giant, hypocritical hegemonists only out for their own interests while hiding behind the betterment of the world.
Not that the Chinese government doesn't do the same thing (they do), but at least they are open and honest about their bullshit and hypocrisy.
