135. I suspect they will know and accept the risk...

Millions of Americans have already died to secure our rights. MILLIONS. Not in some theoetical sense, but in an absolute practical one. Some don't care. They place their own personal safety and comfort ahead of everything else, including their children. It's all well and good to talk about equal rights, but slavery didn't end itself. People died for that. And if you don't care about that, Women died to so that other women might have the chance to vote. They were tortured and killed. Other heroes died so you could join a union and have representation. Still others died so we could have a Constitution at all.

And now some are saying that these things don't matter because we were attacked on 9-11 and they are super scared we might get attacked again. Myself, I don't care. If that's the price of freedom then so be it.
