22. Your son should prepare for Dave to get condescending

If Dave stays a nice guy even if challenged, that's cool, but I've known a few creationists who turned downright insulting when they were called on their BS. One of them even challenged my future wife, who had a Bachelor's in Marine Biology, to "Go look up 'appendix' in the encyclopedia." I have it on good information that she really got under his skin, as he complained about her to pro-creationist audiences for years afterwards.
