I have seen DUers refer to Obama as arrogant, self-centered, stupid, in-over-his-head, hypocritical, too smart for his own good, spineless, unreliable, wishy-washy, indecisive, out-of-touch with the average American, egotistical - the list goes on.
And the Republicans agree wholeheartedly with all of those assessments.
So if you want to play the one is known by the company they keep game, you might want to consider who has consistently kept company with the GOP, and has mirrored their talking points without hesitation.
