25. "Non public complication?"

Jun 2013

Where was he coming from?

Where was he headed?

What was he doing before he got in the car?

Who was with him before he got in the car, or who was he meeting at his interrupted destination?

Why was he meeting with anyone, if that was what he was doing?

What was his state of mind?

I have no answers to any of these questions.

It's might be that one location or the other is problematic. He was speaking with someone he shouldn't have been speaking with? "Non-public" might mean "unrelated to work" or "personal?"

Or "non-public complication" could have to do with what he may have ingested before he crashed? That he was under the influence of a substance?

It is a very vague sentence. It invites more questions than answers--not sure how it aids anything save speculation and curiosity.
