Anyone can fall off the wagon at any time. That's why the term is "recovering" and not "recovered." Sobriety is a lifelong process.

I wasn't trying to smear him. But he was supposedly going double the speed limit in the middle of the night. For anyone in this situation, a toxicology report would be in order. Until then, I'm not going to encourage any conspiracy theories, no matter how popular they seem to be these days.
