Or were young children. I was born in '75, so I have no memory of it. My Dad was in the army but never got called over. I am actually happy that Obama was past the age of having any issues with Vietnam. We seem to have an issue every election over it. Most people my age and younger do think Vietnam was a mistake and many people were forced to make decisions they didn't want to make. Many conservatives got off easy and there is some rightful anger over that. Romney is a hypocrite but I doubt it will be an issue again as Obama was too young and no one will be able to compare the two just like with McCain last time.
