I posted the photos from Atlantic Wire.

Tough shit if the present government of the empire is now providing fodder for some right wing site.

That doesn't change the reality: A quarter of a million people in 2008.

A total lockdown of Pariser Platz in 2013, with only invited guests from the German establishment allowed into the area. They rebuilt the Berlin Wall on one side to keep people out. I've talked with people in Berlin meanwhile, and the story was huge over there. People were not allowed into or out of their homes during the event. And the difference is not only that he's now president, but that most Berliners would no longer greet but protest against the current CEO of Imperial Surveillance Incorporated - as they would have the last CEO, as they will the next CEO. It's time to for you all to see the corporatist state behind the political ponyshow.
