He can then use it against protestors, in fact, I heard right here on DU that's the whole reason for the spying - it has nothing to do with security. So he could pass ENDA with a stroke of a pen, file charges against the banksters and the corporatists US vs. the Banksters and Corporatists, criminal complaint # 13-9948848, nationalize the banks, and open up the CIA and NSA so there is total transparency and bring all the troops home oh, yeah, and with the stroke of a pen create a single payer healthcare system! That he doesn't do this proves he is a Republican.



Of course if they really wanted these things, the alleged left would be trying desperately for 2014 and that would include supporting the President, who would sign all of those things they want but instead they shoot themselves in the foot and yearn for a new hero for 2016 (whose Congress could also be Republican) when they can have Elizabeth Warren or Grayson will become President and disappoint them all over again.
