but I don't think it's security in the sense you mean. Profits at Booz Allen and the Carlyle group are definitely being threatened. The one-and -a-quarter million people with top secret security clearances may feel their job security is at risk. The entire $85 bilion national security apparatus may feel it's budget is threatened.
