14. It was not spying on anyone without a FISA warrant

What else do you deem they can keep secret without it being. Some Americans will get spied on, why is that wrong in itself if the might be planning attacks. Being American doesn't mean they may not be part of something. The standard is in FISA - if you don't like that law it's fine but why exaggerate and claim the government is spying on all of us?
