Is Dick Cheney being prosecuted by Holder as a "leaker" or a "whistle blower"? [View all]

I'm having an argument with a far left radical in another thread and I forgot the answer to this one.

I know that in the eyes of Obama and Holder, all leakers who compromise our security deserve justice, and Cheney is no exception.

I just cant recall the semantics- is Obama and Holder calling Cheney a leaker or a whistle-blower?

Either way he is going DOWN (Maybe he and Hong Kong Eddie can share a cell!)
