That being said--we don't need to give any traction to the RW with death wishes for SCOTUS justices.
Juror #4 voted to HIDE IT and said: Alito and Thomas are evil. But openly wishing death on them is unacceptable, just sophomoric as Alito is (which DU doesn't need to be seen as), and could even cause legal issues (in the extreme).
