22. I have visited TX many times

Jun 2013

from TN, which IMHO is the most beautiful State in the Union. We have everything here, from hillbillies and the mountains in East TN, through the Cumberland Plateau and the Highland Rim with some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the US, all the way down to the Mississippi and the Home of the Blues in Memphis. Not to mention the BBQ! And some of the NICEST people you ever want to meet

And then I go to TX, which is supposed to be a "sister" of TN. The whole attitude I get there is "if you ain't from Texas, you ain't shit".

Tomorrow I'm supposed to fly to San Antonio. At least there are some hills there - ugly brown hills with very little vegetation, but at least it's not flat.

And I'll appeal to their egos - again.
