(11,065 posts)Tampering with official government records is a felony. There has to be an investigation on how this occurred and who fraudulently attempted to push this bill through by tampering with the official vote record. I'd also like to know why on earth they thought they could possibly get away with it. What, did they really imagine that no one would be paying attention? Barking idiots.
I also really want to know HOW it could be done. Surely changing the timestamp isn't so simple as deleting it and typing in a new timestamp, and surely it couldn't be done by just anyone on a mere whim. I'm not seeing how this could be done without someone deliberately hacking into the software to tamper with the record, and I'm not seeing that it could be just any someone or how this would not be been planned in advance.
