Oh, that is so rich, given that just yesterday Scalia invalidated the (overwhelmingly) democratically adopted legislation in the Voting Rights Act. Totally overturned it. Even though it had been adopted unanimously in the Senate and nearly unanimously in the House.

Hello? What a difference a day makes.

All gay rights supporters need to stand up now and help out the VRA. We're in this together, kids. And Scalia just blows any old way he wishes, with his tantrums.
