28. I know. Seems contradictory.

And Ill admit, Im confused. MSNBC guy said something about how it'll be up to something Obama does or writes. If thats the case, I'd expect that even *if* the ruling doesnt mean federal benefits for all after today, Obama will clarify the issue. Hopefully its something he can do with an executive order?

Seems like equality for all shouldnt be so damned nuanced.
