The special session will consider the following issues:

1) Legislation relating to the regulation of abortion procedures, providers and facilities.

2) Legislation relating to the funding of transportation infrastructure projects.

3) Legislation relating to establishing a mandatory sentence of life with parole for a capital felony committed by a 17-year-old offender.

Apparently, Sen. Davis addressed the funding for #2 last night and ended up with a strike against her.

Will the Dem's get to filibuster again? Can long can we as Texas citizens endure this madness?

I am sick and tired of this pandering that goes on in Texas!

ENOUGH!
